Enquiries submitted through the form
When you use the enquiry form, we process your name, contact details, event date and location, as well as any information you provide voluntarily, in order to answer your enquiry and prepare for a possible engagement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Enquiries that do not result in an engagement are generally deleted after twelve months, unless statutory obligations require longer retention.
Server logs
When you access the website, technically necessary information such as your IP address, the time of access, the requested page and browser identification is temporarily processed in server logs. This is necessary for secure operation on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies
The public website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. A technically necessary session cookie is used for the protected administration area.
